I've never been a huge pasta salad maker or eater...but my friend in my ward made this for us and it is really good. So of course I had to get the recipe!
1 lb. box of spiral pasta (rotini)
1 lb. box of spiral pasta (rotini)
*Boil as directed, then add dressing while pasta is still hot.
Dressing:
2 cups mayo
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
*Refrigerate for a few hours then add:
1/2 pound cooked, crumbled bacon
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup mozarella cheese, cubed or shredded
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup slivered almonds
I'm not a big pasta salad eater either but I really liked this one. I'll try not to think about all of the mayo in it!
