Salsa Cheeseball

My mom made this cheeseball on Christmas Day, which was actually the 28th for my side of the family.
It's different than any cheeseball I have had and I really liked it.
She got the recipe from a friend of hers.
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 cup salsa
2 or 3 green onions, chopped
1 cup chopped ham
Pecans

*Mix first four ingredients really well and roll in pecans.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  1. I have made this before but have never tried wit with salsa in it. I bet the salsa makes it even better!

  2. I should not be reading about the salsa cheesball or chocolate cookie dough dip on Fast Sunday, but will be making one of the two on another day. Thanks BB, my go to place for food info, keep it up.
