Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

Why not ring in the new year with chocolate!  Who really sticks to their "no sugar/eat healthy" resolutions anyways?  Mine lasted until 2pm today.  Baby steps.  Anyways, we had dinner at Rach's house on Sunday and she whipped these beauties up for dessert.  Usually, she's a dough nazi and doesn't let me snack on it while she makes cookies.  But this time, I got to eat as much as I wanted it and it was divine!  It was like a thick brownie dough with chocolate chips.  I'm usually not big on chocolate cookies, but these were delicious.  Melt in your mouth delicious.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup cocoa
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
2 cups chocolate chips

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.  Beat until fluffy, then add vanilla.  Mix in dry ingredients and finish with chocolate chips.  Scoop onto cookies sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

  1. I got my computer back! Sorry that pic is not clear at all. "No dough for you!" (said in a Hitler accent).

  3. I do agree with all the ideas you've presented on your post. They are very convincing and can definitely work. Nonetheless, the posts are very quick for beginners. Could you please lengthen them a little from subsequent time? Thank you for the post.
