Sour Cream Banana Bread

Moist and delicious!!

1 1/4 cups sugar
1 stick plus 2 Tb. softened butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbs. sour cream
1 cup mashed, ripe bananas
2 cups flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, soda, bananas and flour. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to an hour.
