Oatmeal Pancakes

I found this recipe on "Hold the Onions." I love their recipes because they are always good and never complicated. I wasn't sure if my kids would go for the oatmeal in these because you could see the lumps, but they totally loved them. Even my pickiest eater who does not try new things. Emery said they were the best pancakes ever.
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk
1 cup water

*Stir together dry ingredients. Mix eggs, vanilla, milk and water separate and then add to dry. Makes 16-18 pancakes. (Unless you're doing Mickey Mouse).

Thank you for putting up a new post! I was starting to sweat thinking about the lack thereof.

So glad you enjoyed them! I got the recipe from the back of the Coach's Oats bag (from Costco) and just changed it a little.
