Whole Wheat Waffles

1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil

Mix well and bake in hot waffle iron. Makes 6-7 waffles.

So much better than a mix! I substituted white for wheat flour. And the batter was much thinner than I expected so I also added about 1/4 C more flour. But by far the best waffle batter my family has ever had! My kids loved it!!!
