Cake Mix Cookies

These are super fun and easy to make with kids. My sister-in-law, Stephanie, makes these all the time with her two boys. She brought some to Sunday dinner, made with a cherry-chip cake mix, and I think they are my favorite so far.
1 cake mix, any flavor
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil

*Mix all together and shape into balls. Bake at 375 for 8-9 minutes.
*You can also add nuts, chocolate chips, raisins, or frosting.

I'm making lemon cake mix cookies today! So simple, I love it! I'm going to try cherry chip next.

I love to use chocolate cake and then put frosting in the middle to make homemade oreos.

You read my mind yesterday! I was just thinking about these cookies!

On an unrelated note, why is your blog private again?! I thought we had an agreement, please advise.

Oh, I like making these, too, but I have never tried them with cherry chip mix. I'm going to do that this week!

Does 1/2 oil mean 1/2 the oil on the cake mix recipe box or does it mean 1/2 cup?

It means 1/2 cup oil. So sorry I have never noticed that! I'm going to change it right now. Thanks!
