Turkey pesto sandwiches


1 loaf cibatta bread
deli-sliced turkey
tomatoes, sliced
pepper jack cheese, sliced
pesto
mayo
*Slice cibatta loaf in half and then into wedges. Mix mayo and pesto until you like the way it tastes. Spread on bread and then layer with turkey, tomato and pepper jack cheese.
Broil in oven until cheese is melted.

I made these for a baby shower on Saturday....everyone LOVED them...and they took home my leftovers.

Sooooooo yummy! One of our favorite sandwiches ever. The kids love the pesto/mayo. So much better than the usualy turkey sandwich.
