I'm telling you right now that you will only like this recipe if you really love onions.
And you will especially like this recipe if you like onion rings.
1 cube butter
1 cube butter5 sweet onions, thinly sliced into rings
1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
*Melt butter in skillet. Saute onions until tender. Pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan and half the crackers. Repeat cheese and cracker layer. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.

i have a question on the rasberry/pear jam....do you peel the pears and cut out the middles first. before you pure?
